What is the Holy Family TORCH?

The Holy Family TORCH chapter of North Atlanta was formed in 2002 to bring the principles and practices of the established national organization to families in the North Atlanta area. Both home schooling families and non-home schooling families enjoy the support of this vibrant organization that serves the family spiritually, academically, and socially.

TORCH supports the families of the North Atlanta area as they seek to more fully integrate the Catholic faith into their lives through such activities as First Friday Masses, Virtue Building programs, home school co-ops, family feast celebrations, service projects, field trips, and other youth formation exercises. Presently, most of the group activities are being held at St. Benedict Parish in Duluth, GA.

In addition to local membership, families gain membership to the national TORCH organization, receive newsletters from both organizations, and discounts at book and teacher stores, as well as with the Home School Legal Defense Association.
